A small note from Shadow and His storm: 
W/we would like to say a special "Thank You" to preciouscandi_to_Darkknight, silverbelle_of_Heart and sassy_celtic_lass for their help in making O/our ceremony so special.

The Ceremony

silverbelle_of_Heart: Welcome to Garden of Paradise...Please enter and walk upon the cobblestone paths, enjoy the fragrance and color of the lovingly tended flowers as Y/your steps take Y/you to the clearing where a bonfire brightly burns, its heat and light almost equal in intensity to the love that burns between the T/two whom W/we have gathered to share this joyous occasion with.

silverbelle_of_Heart: Please make Y/yourself comfortable, Y/you are all welcome G/guests and F/family..listen to the soft melodic music as Master Shadow enters, His pride and confidence in His choice apparent from His firm strides...turn now, and gaze upon stormy as she awaits her Master, her beauty and her joy in her submission obvious for A/all to see

Master Shadow: "Welcome A/all. I am not sure that any of know me for I am not in these rooms very often. The time has come for me be here to publicly declare stormy as mine. Stormy has asked that her friends be here to show their support and to hear my commitment to her. Stormy, come to me.

stormy_in_paradise: As she takes her first steps toward the front, she raises her head as He has taught her to always do. The warm glow of her cheeks and the brightness of her eyes can be seen by A/all. She walks in the path He has prepared with a self confidence learned from Him. Thoughts of "He is proud of me" make each step elegant and graceful. Her right hand clutches a small pewter lamb, symbolizing her being lost from Him and now found. In her right hand a small paper with a poem from Him.

stormy_in_paradise: As she nears the end of the path, a tear of anticipation and happiness forms in her eye and trails slowly down her cheek. This is the day she has waited for. Stopping briefly to face F/friends and family gathered for this wondrous occasion, she gently wipes the tear from her cheek, turns to Him and takes her place at His side.

silverbelle_of_Heart: As stormy reaches the place where her heart has lead her, at His side, the G/guests are asked to quietly form a circle around the Couple. To stand in a loving arc around the Pair and give T/their support and approval as the vows are exchanged, and the T/two become O/one.

preciouscandi_to_Darkknight: Smiles softly out to the F/friends and F/family gathered here in the Garden for this special occasion, BJ, stormy's r/l Master has asked me to read a short paragraph from Him as He cannot be here tonight and i am more than honored to do so at this time.

<Blinde_Justice>: I do regret that I was unable to attend the ceremony. There are a few things I would like to say. First, to Shadow, My Brother, I give to You My blessing and the hand and heart of stormy. To show her the way to grow and become all that We know she can be. To test her and teach her, to push her to be more than she ever thought she could be. To show her the way to true submission without becoming a slave. To allow her to serve with pleasure and out of need and desire, not out of fear. If ever I can be of assistance, please do not hesitate to come to Me. I will be there for B/both of Y/you.

<Blinde_Justice>: Stormy, My sweet stormy, to you I give My blessing and consent on this great journey you are undertaking with Shadow. Out of My love and commitment to you I give you to Shadow. To learn under His guidance more of yourself. To find in yourself that which you most desire. Remember to always respect yourself, Shadow and Me. Always know that I am here for you. Finally, to Y/you B/both I give my solemn oath to help in any way I can. All Y/you have to do is ask. You each have My trust and support and I wish Y/you only the best. I truly believe this is a journey that W/we will A/all benefit and learn from. Best wishes.   Blinde_Justice

stormy_in_paradise: Looks to Him and smiles softly...the day W/we met, i was a scared, confused girl. i had so many questions and so few answers. i breezed into a room and there You were. Your name caught my attention instantly. And then i thought, sighs, here we go again. You surprised me. There was an immediate openness with You. W/we shared many talks...Your answers to my questions were so open, honest, and frank. It seemed W/we knew each other already...W/we became closer. i became unsure, not of You, but of myself. Things became too much. i left. But You never gave up on me. You were always there in my heart. You were always there believing in me when i didn't believe in myself. Thank You for being so patient.

Master_Shadow: Looks at her. Too much, too soon, too honest, and too open. You wanted so much to learn but first needed to learn of yourself. You left Me but only after expressing to Me the reasons why. The seeds of self-esteem, confidence, responsibility, openness, honesty, and how to serve had been planted in you. Over the months, you found you. You could indeed soar with the eagles.

Master_Shadow: When I found you again, the seeds had bloomed and your growth truly amazed me. You were so self-confident, so aware of your needs, so secure in this lifestyle, and with a new radiance to you. I was so proud of you.

Master_Shadow: As I look at you, I see a girl that anticipates my thoughts, knows my wishes, is intelligent, honest, spontaneous, and expresses her devotion to Me at every opportunity. A Master could not ask for more from a girl.

Master_Shadow: On this occasion, I have a gift for you , a tiny seed encased in cut crystal, a symbol of where you began, a symbol of birth, birth in yourself birth in this lifestyle, and a birth with me. For those gathered here you can see how stormy has grown. I am so proud of her. Wear this for me as a constant reminder please.

stormy_in_paradise: Shadow, this is my vow to You... i will always do my best to honor and serve You with an open heart and mind, trusting that You have my best interests uppermost in Your heart. my submission to You is my gift, freely given and shall never become a burden that i must bear. W/we have become a part of each O/other. The trust and confidence You have in me has taught me so much of myself and i have grown more than i ever thought possible. You have allowed me to use Your strength to walk proudly by You on this journey...this one is humbled by Your love that abides in my heart. Your praise remains in the depths of my soul and I will forever strive to only bring Honor to Your name. i will be here by Your side if ever You need a shoulder to lean on. i will never consider You leaning on me as a weakness but as a strength that proves to me Your trust and confidence in me. You have given me the strength to stand strong for You. The honor You have given me to speak for You in Your absence truly touches my heart. The pride i have will shine in my eyes for A/all to see. my greatest wish is that i will always make You proud and that together W/we will continue to grow. My commitment to You will be second only to that of BJ, my r/l Master. Knowing that You understand that and expect it of me only allows U/us to grow and for that understanding that is ever evident i thank You. It is my honor and deepest desire Sir, to offer to You my submission, loyalty, trust, honesty and respect.

Master_Shadow: You have entrusted yourself to my care. I pledge to do my best to make U/us the best W/we can be. As I have always told you. The relationship must be subordinate to everything. It shall be. Look to me for guidance and I will look to you for your support. Let us begin together as O/one 

stormy_in_paradise: Raising her right hand she extends to Him a keychain dangling a pewter lamb. Softly she whispers, please accept this Sir as a reminder of the months i was lost from You. Now, W/we have found each other again and O/our journey truly begins. i offer no leash for the collar Sir because You need no physical ties to bind me to You or to guide me in the right direction. Your love is the tie that binds this one so closely to Your side and always to Your heart.

Master_Shadow: Based on our mutual comments to each other, kneel before me. 

stormy_in_paradise: gracefully sinks to a kneel before Him, eyes lowered in deepest respect 

Master_Shadow: Accept this silver collar as a symbol of your commitment and my acceptance. Silver has been used throughout history as the ransom for kings, you deserve no less. Take one key and I shall take the other. Each may open this lock and so W/we both must have the strength and the resolve to make this new relationship work. Please rise.

stormy_in_paradise: rises and stands before Him, gazing into His eyes 

Master_Shadow: You have accepted this collar and W/we both are united as O/one You know what is expected of you. We have talked of this often. That you represent U/us. To all gathered here I have entrusted storm to act in my stead when I am not with her. she may speak for me for she has been educated by me and knows my wishes. Respect her as you would me. Now my dear girl......leave us and return with your new name.

Master_Shadow: says, stormy is the product of my mentoring. She knows what is expected of her for she has adopted my thoughts as her own. I respect her judgment and trust that she will wear my name with honor. I am very proud of her. I have told her that she is my representative when I am not with her. She knows what is expected and she agrees with the limits I have given her. I ask all of you gathered here to respect the charge I have given her and help her be all that makes me proud of her. Thank you all for coming. May you A/all savor a special O/one for they are truly few and far between. I have found Mine.
